What happens if I exceed my tier limits?
We will notify you as you approach your limits. On Free, additional requests are rate-limited. On Starter and Pro, you can purchase additional capacity or upgrade. We never delete your data.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months at a discounted rate — 25% off across all paid tiers. Starter drops from $39/mo to $29/mo. Pro drops from $199/mo to $149/mo. You can switch to annual at any time.
Can I start with Free and upgrade later?
Absolutely. Your data carries over seamlessly when you upgrade. No migration, no downtime.
Do Starter and Pro include a free trial?
Yes. Both start with a 14-day free trial with full access to all tier features. No credit card required to start.
What counts as a 'memory'?
A memory is a single piece of information stored via the remember API or ingested through a connector. Each episode counts as one memory regardless of length.
What counts as a 'recall call'?
Each call to the recall, search, or context API counts as one recall call. Listing entities or episodes does not count.
What does Enterprise pricing look like?
Enterprise pricing is based on your scale, deployment model (cloud, VPC, or on-prem), and support requirements. Most Enterprise contracts range from $2,000 to $10,000 per month. Contact sales for a custom quote.
